The decontaminated concrete is obtained by pulverization d'un decontaminating on fresh surface of

concrete at the time of the casting, in order to make apparaitre after rinsing with high pressure,

the aggregates of colors !

Work

* To humidify with refusal the support before the concreting.

* To draw decontaminated with the rake and to make the level with the rule (if the delivery is ensured by several spinning tops, work in "checkerwork", identical squares of surfaces).

* To parallel to vibrate the bottom the ground, with the vibrating needle, the rule, or the striker by taking care not not to too much make go up the milt.

* To plaster: to smooth surface until the stones are not visible any more.

* To smooth: surface must be plane and smooth, without vagueness nor apparent hollow.

* Pulveriser one uniformly decontaminating on all surface to treat, immediately after the lissage there is water sweating surface, to wait a little, but the concrete should not have carried out its catch! Decontaminating the catch of the concrete on the surface slows down what makes it possible to eliminate the surface milt by jet high pressure and to expose the higher part of the aggregates. Quantity of decontaminating: approximately 1 liter for 4 m².

* To let act decontaminating it during several hours, variable according to the season and of the temperature.

* To rinse with the water of city with a jet high pressure (120 bars min) to eliminate decontaminating it and the surface milt. Thus, the higher part of the aggregates appears. If pieces of concretes or aggregates "jump" at the time of washing, to let harden a few hours more.

* To finish the rinsing by a flow of water without pressure, water must be quite clear.

* If the calepinage or joints PVC were not envisaged, to saw the joints on no-slump concrete in the 48 hours after the casting.
