Concrete
The concrete is a proportioned mixture of cement, aggregates, water and additives which

Cement
cement plays the part of binder of the hydraulic concrete. Cement is made up d'un mixture out of argillaceous limestone and lime powder which hardens with l'eau. To make concrete or mortar, one uses ordinary gray cement said Portland cement. It is generally sold out of bag of 25, 35 even 50 kg.
Sable or aggregate

Eau

Gravier

Make concrete
Proportions of the mixture (according to regulation or DTU)
For a bag of 25 kg cement: 40 liters of sand either 50 kg 50 liters of gravel or 75 kg 10 liters d'eau approximately Start your concrete-mixer.
Pour with l interior the gravel, half of sand and approximately half of the d'eau quantity necessary.
When the gravel and sand uniformly are wet and mixed, add cement.
Add after a few moments the remainder of sand.
Gradually pour l'eau while taking care well not to add some more than envisaged.
Let the concrete-mixer still turn a few moments.
The concrete must have a consistent consistency, wet surfaces some and a little oily.
Pour finally the concrete in a wheelbarrow, buckets or directly on your work and use it quickly.
Direct the tank of the concrete-mixer downwards to empty it completely its contents and to wash it with large water.
